Terry’s professional career began as a design engineer at JBL (James B. Lansing) Sound, where he invented a novel magnet assembly that was integrated throughout the product line. His tenure there also included 4 years as the Marketing and Business Manager for the International Division. Moving to Avery-Dennison, he held the position of Unit General Manager for the Specialty Products Division, where he grew the business significantly. He is also the principal inventor of two adhesive technology patents. After Avery, he moved to the position of General Manager and COO of the Laboratory and Specialty Products Division of Osmonics, Inc., a leader in water purification products. While there he turned around several business units and product lines, and co-developed advanced proprietary fluorocarbon materials.

At Acuscape International, Inc., a medical imaging software company, Terry held the position of CEO and President, where he established key strategic alliances, secured investment funding, and established research programs with several teaching hospitals. Most recently he was CEO and President of Surfware, Inc., where he brought a focused professional orientation to all aspects of the organization, and established strong business and operational performance. Terry holds a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of California at Los Angeles and an MBA, specialized in Marketing and Finance, from California State University, Northridge.

At Surfware, he invented Step Reduction Milling (SRM), a multiple-tool roughing strategy that reduces programming time and machining time in the mold-making industry. He is the principal inventor (first-named) on the patent for the technology, which has been widely imitated in the industry.

Glenn is also the first named inventor on the patent for TrueMill®, the revolutionary patented toolpath engine that dynamically manages a cutting tool's radial engagement with the material to dramatically reduce machining time. As Vice President of Product Design at Surfware, he designed the functional algorithm for the solution and performed extensive research on the technology, including mocking up proof-of-concept prototypes utilizing only basic CAD/CAM tools. Glenn has authored, or been interviewed for, several articles on this technology that have appeared in most major industry publications throughout the world. He has also spoken at several SME-sponsored trade shows.

Most recently, as Vice President of Product Development at Surfware, Inc., he led the design and implementation of the award-winning TrueMill® engine, IndustryWeek's Technology of the Year for 2005.

Evan is an internationally recognized expert in software architecture, software engineering, computational geometry, and algorithms. He has over 20 published papers in geometric modeling, software engineering, and computational geometry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Master’s degrees in Computer Science and in Marine Engineering, and a Ph. D. in Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing, all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

McChesney has been an integral part of the development of VoluMill and understands every facet of integrating the application of VoluMill technology into the production environment. Following his early career on the shop floor, McChesney played a key role in the successful launch of two major CAM software companies, where he provided pre- and post-sales applications engineering support. During this time, he became an expert on post-processing, an important component of integrating CAM software into a shop environment. He later managed the training, quality assurance, documentation, and applications engineering departments. He is effective at managing the interactions between the different departments involved in the development of new products and services within an organization. McChesney's extensive experience in machining, NC programming, applications engineering, technical support, quality assurance, education, documentation, and product management ensures Celeritive Technologies' customers receive the support and assistance they need. McChesney is currently responsible for training, documentation, licensing, technical support, and quality assurance at Celeritive Technologies.

Greg has been engaged with industry leaders such as PTC in developing strategic sales and marketing initiatives designed to increase product awareness and the effectiveness of marketing communications throughout a global distribution channel. In addition, Greg has successfully launched and sold several business related to the product development industry, and has helped dozens of organizations develop stronger market identities and sales driven programs that ultimately led to increased market share and profitability.
